With WM10 on my Lumia 640 my camera keeps crashing with all camera apps?

With WM10 on my Lumia 640 my camera keeps crashing with all camera apps

90% of the time when I go to use my camera it will load up and act ready to take a photo, but after a few seconds will crash and go to the start screen. I have tried a hard reset and a soft reset but nothing fixes it. I have tried using other camera apps but the same issue occurs. Anyone else have this same issue?

Also, the pictures I take in WM10 are not as clear as in Windows Phone 8.1. Anyone else notice this too?

If you have an SD card in the phone:
Shut the phone off
Remove the SD
Boot the phone
Shut the phone off
Replace the SD and boot
Hold the on button until the phone reboots

See if you have crashing after this.

@guytronic thanks. It seems to have helped for now but we'll see how it performs in the long run.
