WM10 Lumia 950 Canadian Store not showing all apps

I have a Lumia 950 so build 10586. Is anyone else experiencing apps in the store that should be available but are not? MyStarbucks finder shows grey when I click on it I get error code 0X00000005. On a WP8.1 device it is available. Anyone else?

I believe that all of the unofficial 3rd party Starbucks apps were pulled, since Starbucks issued cease and desist orders.

Oh wow I did not know that. Ok but there are still a couple of apps based in a quick search that won't show in the WM10 store but show in the WP81. For example if I do search for Starbucks in WP81 I am at least presented with some options such as an app that can produce a Barcode. Really just the convenience of not having to carry my card is all I am after. WP81 presents an option WM10 does not. (such 1st weld problems I know). Regardless should be working.
