Won't go past the BLU "Bold Like Us" splash screen

Hello, I've only had this phone for less than a month. I left it charging, and when I came back to check up on it the screen was dark but you can see some light in the background. Took the battery out and started it again, the Blu spash screen comes out just fine but after that the screen goes dark and that's it. Any idea what might be causing this? It should still be under warranty. See if they can help you resolve the issue.

This happened to me so I held down the start a volume keys at the same time for 15 seconds to force a reboot. on some phones you can press the up volume 3 times after the screen turns off to access another menu.. Hope this helps

I have the same problem but nothing is working
