So any developer preview program Indian users confirm who is right WPC site or WP site?

Both are right... The WP central talks about the official release... And propably the WP site about the available for now languages...

so you are saying we will get word flow keyboard for English (India), Hindi (Latin) i.e. Hinglish, Hindi (Devnagari) but in WPC article no mentioned of Hindi (Devnagari).

I haven't tried word Flo with it but Wordflow for hinglish works fine for me.
I'm just saying that all of these keyboard languages are listed when adding keyboard.

Hi, I'm on developer preview and can confirm that English(IN) and Hindi(Latin) aka Hinglish both work with word flow keyboard.. In fact I'm typing with word flow on So chill maar, it works!! Hindi(devnagari) is not on word flow though..
