work exchange email sound notifications

Any way of customizing exchange email notifications based on high priority or rules? Built in or an app? I use android right now but want to switch to windows10 however i need alerting for work as part of on call and this may be a dealbreaker. Currently i use touchdown for android and the rules are quite customizeable

Alas no, but this sort of thing has been mentioned before. Personally I think this is a great opportunity for a third-party app (like this "touchdown" you mention, for Windows Phones). App Developers take heed!
