Would a 2amp car charger for 920 damage the battery?

I read somewhere that the wall charger for the 920 is rated at 1.3A. If a car charger was rated 2A+ would this damage the battery or wear it down quicker?

I would hope not... I use a rapid charger at 2.1

No, you're good to go. Amp ratings mean available amperage, as in, whatever's connected can pull up to 2 amps - if it needs to.

So, if the phone wanted to pull, say, 1.5 amps, that's all it'd get from the charger.
