Would it be possible to get live backgrounds on wp8.1?

I was just looking at my new beautiful start screen, and I thought to myself wouldn't it be awesome if the colour in my background picture changed according to my battery percentage?

I imagine it would look something like the blue one at 100% and like the red one at 20%:

I'm absolutely down with the idea of a dynamic background....as long as the battery doesn't take a hit.
The battery life of phones really need more attention.
