Would we need insider for build 10586?

I was just curious if we will need insider for updating to upcoming build 10586 which is most probably RTM/official release. As far as I think we wouldn't need it if it's official release n if we need insider then it wouldn't be official release.. P.S I'm not high on crack.

Insiders are likely to get 10586 first.
Also when W10M is officially released not all phones will receive it 'in the first wave'.
So the Insider route may be the only way to get it 'initially'.
