Would you as a small tablet user like UI to mirror WP? (W 8.1 W 10)

I was just curious how well a UI refresh would would go over with smaller tablet users. To have the 7" and 8" tablets have the option to have the Modern Tile Start screen work like Windows Phone. So when in Portrait the tiles rotate to look like Windows phone, and the Start screen would scroll up and down, rather then side to side.

I ask because in Landscape my Acer W3 looks normal and pleasing to the eye. However when held Portrait it just looks a little odd.

My Natural scroll method would be to swipe the screen up and down due to my being used to Windows Phone.

So would others who have the small Tablet format ( Dell, Toshiba, and others ), use an option like this???

I actually find this neat. It sounds really nice. Hopefully they do this, in fact you should send Microsoft an email and tell them. Good idea again
