Would you be able to lock the start screen to the second monitor in W8.1

Some said yes but want someone using it to confirm it. I have dual monitors and i want to KEEP the start screen on the second monitor with out it going away when I click anything on the first monitor

I'm interested: Do you actually have set up one of your monitors to display the Start Screen permanently? How?
