Question for you guys and gals. Would you get rid of your Nokia Lumia 920 for a new Lumia that is already out?

no Lumia that is currently out on the market is worth the swap at this stage for me. I am still waiting for THE replacement phone. Hope there will be something that tops the 830

Its all upto you, if you think that your 920 is too old, go for 830/930. If you can wait, wait until wp9 comes out

I am probably going to keep my stormtrooper lumia 920 (which was kindly replaced by nokia for a brand new one) and eventually get a lumia 930 in spring of 2015 when the price tips to 250 GBP. My response to your question: no I wouldn't give my old lumia away, because it was my first WP.

I will keep my Lumia 920 until next Lumias and I've got a LG G3 with a really good price this week (I'll give a try). When the Lumia 940 come out I will sell these phones!!

No. There are no newer models for my carrier that are worth upgrading to.

waiting for something better..... or a 1020 followup. The 1520 is just too big for my needs, and well, I like the 920's overall size and weight.

So do you 920 users want an upgraded phone that retains a 4.5" display or are you hoping for something like 5" but for AT&T?

Just out of curiosity.

I'm kicking the idea of jumping to a 1520, but I just don't know. I'd really want to go all-in and get the 1520.3 variant, which my company subsidizes my phone, so at least some of the cost will be absorbed by them. Right now, I'm not in a crazy rush to upgrade, but my mother-in-law wants to buy a phone on straight talk, and I would like to get mine unlocked and give it to her.

Either is fine for me, just nothing that's 6".

I also want Glance and Qi charging.

Yes, I'd like something 4.5"-5" out of AT&T. The 830 just doesn't cut it and the 1520 is too big. Even if they offered the 930 when my contract is up in November I'm not sure if I would go for it because its almost a year old.

If February comes around and no 920 replacement is available from AT&T I'm going Android. Not sure what yet though...

Any current Lumia? Probably not, although the 720 is a potential one.
I'd probably consider the 830, but not much more than considering.
I love my baby.

Waiting for the successor to the 1020 or the 1520.

Leaning more towards the latter.

I am very happy with the L920 right now so I am Holding on to it for at least another year. Planning to upgrade until around Q4 2015. I am hoping Windows 9 will be available for the 920 and then consider whatever substitute for the 1020 comes along or a 2015 mid-range (Lumia 840?) . Hope the battery life doesn't stink then. It's not really that great now!

I'd like a minimum of 5" and a max of 6". A slimmed-down 1520 would be ideal in the 5.7" range with less bezel and some smoother corners.

Personally I'm happy with my 920 until the next wave of high end devices comes out. Something brand spanking new with a 5" screen would do me nicely.

Not at this point. I like the 1520 but no Qi is a deal breaker. I won't go backwards on an upgrade. The 930 is nice but ... no Glance, see previous point. The 830? see previous point. So, having said that what are we supposed to buy now? Nothing yet is the answer.

I would only for the HTC One M8. I may consider the 1520 but definitely for the HTC One M8 on AT&T.
