WP 8.1 Update 1 for HTC 8X?

The new update 8.10.14219 works fine on my 8X.
Using it for 2 days now.
The random reboots I had with the previous update did not happen again.
Using MS Weather instead of the HTC app (for weather and lock screen) because the HTC app stopped updating the clock a few updates ago.

I checked my phone for updates this morning, and the update has been pushed. IT IS FINALLY DONE! I hope the long wait was worth it!

Just spent ~40 mins on phone w/ T-Mobile...no clue re: if/when they will update the 8X. They gave me HTC's phone number :/

Don't know if this is old news or not, but just saw this at HTC on their Twitter and also confirmed at their update page.

Going by HTC's site, it looks like only Verizon and Sprint (with the 8XT) will be receiving the update. Both are still in stage 3 - certification.

Verizon has left the 8X out in the cold. Verizon conveniently failed to mention anything about the 8X in today's announcements.

Okay, I just got the following Tweet from Verizon:

I just tried updating my phone, but it still tells me I have the latest version installed. Moreover, the HTC site still says it's in stage 3 - certification. I'm waiting to hear back from Verizon about this.

Think yourselves lucky, my corporate 8X on Vodafone (UK) is still stuck on 8.0.10501.127 - I'd love 8.1 let alone 8.1.1 :unhappy:

My work colleague is stuck on same issue! None of uk has denim or the o/s update ! Which is annoying!
