WP store not working via Desktop or Web Browser

Its been over an hour I'm trying to access the windows phone store via my Desktop and it isn't working. However via phone its working. Not sure why web access isn't working.

To cross check I tried this out :

It's down for me via desktop browser in Cleveland, OH, USA.

I'm also using Firefox.

It has been like that since FOUR Freaking days, i'm too much frustrated of that, I've just formatted my Phone and I'm unable to install anything from my History only free Apps or I have to repurchase again !!!. And when i asked Microsoft about I got the usual robotic idiotic answers.. What Now?

If your on a home wifi router try resetting the router and see if the store comes back
