WP Store

I've just ordered a Lumia 930.
I live in Canada but use HMA VPN to access the actual world on the web.
I'm wondering if access to the WP Store is dependant on my carrier, or if I can use HMA to access the WP Store for the UK via the internet?

Access to the WP Store just needs internet. Any internet.
