WP10 navbar hide by default?

Hey all
Quick question regarding the onscreen buttons of this phone.
Is there any way to have the onscreen buttons hidden by default and then swipe up to show them?
Been doing some searching online without any luck .

On WP8.1 you can always disable the auto hide feature to enable the "v" icon on the navigation menu for the toggle and then always hide it until swipe up.

On W10M 10586.11 you can hide by swiping up but it comes back when screen locks and you unlock. I was not able to find a setting that allows me to hide it any other way.

Thanks peeps. Kinda thought as much. Shame there's no registry key or 3rd party software that allowed it.
