WP10 Settings - Mobile & SIM shows nothing, why?

WP10 Settings - Mobile & SIM shows nothing

Nokia Lumia 925, using WP10 preview. Cellular data toggle from action center does nothing, and Mobile & SIM screen shows absolutely NOTHING. Please help ASAP.

What carrier do you use? Some carriers block these cellular and SIM settings.

I just created an account here so from now on I shall address you from this account.
I'm using a carrier called Etisalat ( I live in Egypt BTW ), I'm pretty sure they don't block anything what-so-ever.

As far as the settings go, they are still working on things. Be patient, and maybe by the next build, they will have everything sorted out.
