That was my point, that Zune also syncs over Wi-Fi when you're charging.

The only difference is iOS 5 allows manual sync without charging, and it can backup wirelessly to iCloud or iTunes.

Also, the bigger issue is backup and without that, WP7.5 is pretty crippled.

Oh yeah, I forgot LOL. And I was running Mac too just a week ago! I guess it's because I never really sync. =/

Yeah, I guess backup was one of those things that they didn't get around to in time.

Nope, apparently it has to be plugged into power AND Zune will decide in it's own good time WHEN the sync happens, not right away!

That used to be true. I don't know for sure when it changed, but I've noticed that Zune desktop opens up and starts to sync within 15 secs of me plugging in my phone to the wallcharger. I think it started this behavior when we got Mango.
