WP8.1 GDR1 bugs only for me?

Hello,
I just updated to windows phone 8.1 update 1 and I have been trying to get Cortana to work in my region now, India but its not happening.... My settings are all correct but Cortana says sorry I don't speak your language yet. Also I can't get the store live tile to work and also after installation I had to reinstall many apps as after the update many apps started to crash.

I have a 'few' bugs too... Apps dont work and I can't install new ones. I'll try a hard reset because my Lumia is completely useless now.
At Least the apps that I've created are working :eck:

just change the Speech to English(United Kingdom) your Cortana will start working. it will have limited capabilities as it will be "Alpha" state

This is currently US only. Hopefully this will be ratified soon.
