WP8.1 scrolling fixed

I am not sure if anyone else ran into this issue on earlier OS versions, but if you scrolled down on the start screen and while it was scrolling you click the windows button. It would go to the top, but then keep scrolling. In WP8.1, it now just goes to the top and doesn't scroll anymore. For some reason this always bugged me in earlier versions.

also they removed the extra gap at the top of the screen, between the status line and the first tiles
