WP8.1 & Skype

Has anyone else had any issues getting Skype to be the video calling app in the phone dialer options? I'm on WP8.1 Final & Cyan, AT&T 1520. It doesn't allow me to choose Skype like on the developers preview. Also, when in a call, it says "video" instead of Skype.

Well, nevermind. Seems like uninstalling and installing the app fixed it. Not sure if this has to do with the SD card at low battery issue I had last night.
