WP8.1 update2 For Lumia 730

I wanted to know whether I should wait for official OTA update for GDR2 or install it using the Windows Insider program?
Are there any harms ? And what about future updates like WP10 will I get it through Windows Insider only or normally?

There is no harm in updating via insider.. Its quite stable and phone is much better and smooth with gdr2

But when there will be update for W10(complete/final, not the present one) then would I get it normally or via Insider program?

You'll get WP10 the same way everyone gets it in about 3-6 months. The insider program will be finished by then.

It's dangerous in that if you don't act, it will install 10 automatically. (as you told the phone you intended by signing up) I think you'll have to erase the phone and start fresh if its too late, but otherwise turn off Insider.

While it was downloading I uninstalled the insider app and I no longer receive any update!

This is the correct way. You will not receive wp10.

When I check for updates, it says "you're up to date" . You may still receive updates for GDR2.
