WP8 Store Account Setup

Facing some strange "problem" downloading/ updating apps from Store on L928. When I tap on install/update it's requesting me to Set up Account.
When I go to Setting> email+accounts my email address is still there. So why would it ask me to set up account again.
I did not have any problems before. Maybe I'm just over reacting, idk. A few days ago I changed my Country/Region to Russia (after 10 min set it back to US) just to check the Store to see different apps (I did not install any). After that never went to Store again, so I dont know is it happening since then or just tonight.

Do I just tap on Accept on re-Set up Account?
 
It's happened to my US account, too. I think they just changed something in the privacy statement and they want you to read it and accept it.
Just click accept and it's done.
 
I received that too for the Store and today I discovered xbox games would not connect to profile or load for some. Went to the games hub and swiped to xbox and another one for changes to xbox came up to resolve that.
