I am looking to buy a Qi Wireless Charger...

I am particularly wanting a Nokia or Microsoft branded one, although I may except other brands (maybe Tylt?)

Would love a Nokia DC-50 or DT-903

I am also interested in portable batteries (such as the Microsoft Portable Power or Nokia DC-19)

Price: I am not really looking to spend alot on these, as if I have to spend $20+ with shipping, then I might as well buy something new from eBay or Amazon. So I'm looking to spend maybe around or under $15 for whatever you offer me including shipping.
