WTS: Asus VivoTab Note 8 ($150) and Dell Venue 8 Pro ($120)

I am selling my Asus Vivotab Note 8 and my wife's Dell Venue 8 Pro.

Asus Vivotab Note 8 64 GB comes with the built in Wacom stylus and a foldable, kickstand style case, pictured. I could not find the original charger, but I did find the box if you want it. This has charged with every micro USB charger I've tried, so getting a reliable charger should not be an issue. The condition of the device and accessories is very good.

The Dell Venue 8 Pro 32 GB comes with the optional Synaptics stylus. I do not have the box or original charger for it. The only quirk about this tablet is that it is picky about the USB charger, but I will give you an Amazon charger that I know works. This tablet is also in good condition.

I've always been interested in how well the Wacom active stylus performs on the Asus VivoTab Note 8. Would you mind letting me/us know? Not sure if you've used something like a Surface Pro model to compare it with, but I've often wondered.

I've used the SP2 stylus briefly. The pen experience is definitely a step up from the Dell, but not as good as the SP. I've tried using a surface pro stylus on the Asus and that does help close the gap a bit. The onboard stylus is great to have in a pinch, but if you want to write often, definitely upgrade the stylus. Overall, though, it's been a great feature to have. So much so that I've ordered the S3 due to stylus, better performance, and larger screen. Wife says these two have to go, though.

Bump. After doing some price research, I'm reducing the Dell to $100 w/free shipping.

While trying to reset the Dell using the recovery drive, I somehow borked the USB slot. It is not sellable at this point. Sorry folks.
