Item Description: My loved Lumia 1020 is up for grabs. It's in fine condition. No bumps, scratches, dings, or burn-in. It's running the last WP8.1 update available to it. It comes with two cases and a camera lanyard. I've only used this phone as a camera. It's a great device.

The 650 is pankaj's 650 that I bought from him a while back. It's in perfect condition.

Price: $135.00 obo for the 1020.
$65.00 for the 650.

Carrier Locked or Unlocked?: I think the 1020 is locked to AT&T. I will check and update.

The 650 is unlocked and unbranded (formerly branded with the Cricket logo).

Condition: Both are fine, see above.

So tempted to get another 1020 just for the camera but I'm worried my memory of it from 3 years ago is better than how it will still perform today. I doubt the photos will be any better than my 950xl?

Don't know. If you plan on working with the raw image files, the 1020 would probably still deliver. The 950 series does take good pictures though.

950XL takes faster pictures, but the 1020 pictures gives more details to work with for editing. If I didn't have a 950XL, I'd get a 1020 for the camera only.

Yeah I remember it being slow so doubt id ever use it to try take pics of my young kids or dog when they're moving around and just use it for still shots. I'd keep it on 8.1 too as I've heard it's not great on W10m. Plus on 8.1 I'd still get to use the old Lumia camera apps like Lumia Refocus. Really miss that app and tried everything to get it onto my 950xl but it ain't happening

If you get one just to use as a camera it is well worth it, IMHO. Yep, still slow on the shot times, but Oh Baby it does still snap some great pics.

I put mine on 8.1 + Denim. To me, this is the sweet spot for legacy WP.
