I think between the 640 being only $60 right now, the 950/950XL just coming out, and most WP users in the US being on AT&T (and the 929/Icon doesn't have AT&T's LTE bands), it's just a tough sell :-/

Although it may not get LTE, it gets H+ pretty much all the time which can be just as fast as LTE and I'm sure there's a good amount of 928 users still floating around

But yea all of your statements are right. I agree most users are probably on AT&T.

H+ is definitely fast enough. I'm on Cricket though, and they cap H+ at 4Mbps, LTE at 8, so it does (sadly) matter in my situation. If they simply capped all traffic at 8, I probably would've grabbed an Icon a long time ago.
