WVGA on WP 8

So it's good choice to purchase WGVA WP8 headset like Lumia 820. Or I must go for HD screen?

Is there will any application / game compatibility between WVGA / HD resolution

I don't think there will be any app compatibility issues between the two (wvga vs. Wxga). As far as I know, things should be able to scale up/down with no problem. Having said that, the wxga (920) should look better though.
