X3 DTTW weird anomaly

so has anyone else noticed on their X3, if you double tap anywhere beside your X3 and NOT DIRECTLY ON IT, it will still work! LOL actually I find it hilarious that it works even better than direct tapping! try it!

That is because it uses the accelerometer and not the digitizer of the screen.
