X509Certificate 2 in Windows Phone Mobile

i need to encrypt a data with a public key in windows phone 7. But i cannot use X509Certificate 2 i don't know why? Can i add X509Certificate2 as a separate class and where can i find that? I use .NET Framework 4

It's a popular free crypto library that has a C# port. I'm not sure if they offer a compiled assembly for windows phone but if they don't then you can download the source and build it yourself.
