XBM problem

Hi all I have a problem with xbm on my L930. It tells me I don't have the rights to play the music files I have. All of the music has been transferred to xbm from cd via pc I have never had a subscription or bought any music from xbox now it tells me I have no right to play my music with out an active subscription. Xbm worked just fine on my old HTC 8X so I'm totally confused as to why this I happening. I have tried 3rd party apps instead which were fine for a short while but now they wont play either, no error message on those apps just no play?? can any body help with this as it is very frustrating. Thanks
