Xbox 360 for $100

Wal-Mart had this same deal last year on Black Friday and I missed out. I'm tempted go for it this year.
I know the Xbox One is a better gaming platform, but for only $100 this seems like a good deal.
My questions are:
Is the 4gb expandable? and how?
Does it run fairly quiet?
Do you see any obvious pros and cons to buying this?
Any comments?

You can expand the Xbox 360 storage by getting a bigger HDD like this one or adding any USB flash drive (Up to 32GB)

It's quiet, so no worries.

It's a great deal if you ask me, the Xbox 360 is still a very capable system.
