Xbox app won't launch for my logon (admin/main account), but launches for others

I've been on 10240 and I can not use the Xbox app for my logon. Mine is the main account. It works for other logons on the system, but not mine. Clicking it does absolutely nothing for me. I've tried PowerShell fixes posted elsewhere, but no luck. Any idea what the problem may be?

I also have these two apps in All apps, under Other:
