Xbox Cloud Music Requests

Not sure where to put this...

...but back in the early days of iTunes, they had a little form or page which allowed you to request an artist who wasn't in the iTunes catalog. Does anyone know if something similar exists for the Xbox Music Cloud? I'm kinda getting into the Xbox Music Cloud; at first I balked at it, but being able to add my songs at home to the Cloud and play them at work or on the road without syncing, it turns out, is kinda cool. Only... some of the albums I have don't exist in the Xbox Music Cloud, even though the artist does.

Anyway, if there is such a thing, please let me know.
