XBOX MUSIC 8.1 is not at all starting... why???

i have lumia 520. i am unable to start xbox music hub after 8.1 update. when i open it, it is being struck at the transition screen only... and it is closing automatically... i have done soft reset ... no change... currently i am using LISTEN music player... Any solution to the problem..???? or any other good music player..????

If you've done a soft reset I think it might be time to consider a Hard Reset (you will lose your personal information that isn't backed up) but it should restore the music app's functionality.
