Xbox Music deleting songs from playlists?!

No matter how many times I sync this one playlist the phone ends up removing over half the songs from it every single time. I've synced using WMP and the Windows 8.1 app and nothing makes a difference. After freshly syncing this one playlist all the songs are on the phone and in the list. After a couple hours I'll go back and check it and the playlist will be cut in half. The songs will still be on the phone though. I can edit the playlist manually and put them all back and those songs will just disappear again from the playlist eventually.

Adding the songs to the phone vs the storage card makes no difference either. I just don't get the problem.

In the Xbox Music app go to settings and turn off "Connect to streaming music" - this should hopefully stop your problem.

It's actually been off the entire time. Weird I know.
