Xbox Music issues

I have an 8X with Xbox Music pass and I'm lovin' it!? But unfortunately I've got some issues on the phone. First of all, the artist art is really low-res and ugly, which really sucks! Before a reset of the phone, the art was fine. Any possible solution?
The second issue is inconsistent volume between songs, sometimes it's loud, sometimes quiet, on the same phone volume. What could it be? Is it Xbox Music? Or the phone?

Is the low rest artist image for ALL your artists or just some? As for the audio, it could be the Beats audio actually. Have you tried turning that off?

That ? was a nice touch by the way.

I think it's for all, some are worse than others, though.
I'll try turning Beats audio off, thanks!
