Anyone else having this issue? On windows 10, windows 10 mobile, and windows phone 8.1 xbox/groove music signs in just fine, but on windows 8.1 (desktop) it says im not connected to the internet when I try to sign in, even though I am connected to the internet and all xbox services are running normally (checked the website). Am I alone in this issue?
