If I buy a song or album in xbox music on the lumia 920 in xbox music, will it be available on the surface for free redownload?

Considering buying a lumia 920 tomorrow.

is it the same for lumia 900 in zune music?

As long as you set up your Lumia with the same Microsoft account you set up your Surface with, any music you purchase on one will be available for free redownload on the other, or accessible for streaming via the cloud. (I personally prefer local storage)
