XBOX Music - Ripping CD's - Where's the album art??

I'm ripping some cd's from my collection but the album art is not showing up. How do I get that added? Hopefully 8.1 will be better at this.

What program are you using to rip your CD's?

Zune. The album art shows up in Zune but it does not show up on my 1020 or in Windows Media Player. The art is even there on my Lumia 900 (probably since it's Zune synched).

Zune does not embed album art in the mp3. It puts the cover in the folder as a jpg (usually its a hidden file). You can use a program like mp3tag to embed the cover in the actual mp3 file and all devices will then see the cover. That really is the only peeve I ever had about the Zune player and software was how album art was handled. I loved the Zune software and hope that Xbox music will eventually be closer to the functionality of the Zune software.
