I cant update the music app it is downloading but not installing my phone is 630 single sim and I from India so to use Crotona I changed region and language to us

Try to restart the phone of a soft reset

Just do a soft reset and it should let you download the update. Also, make sure that underlying Microsoft account that you used to configure your phone is in sync. Not sure, if you have changed its password in recent!
