XBox One must-haves

So, finally the Xbox one got to a price where I felt I could buy one. But what are the "must have" accessories to buy? apps/software?

I really like it, just want some tips to make it even more useful.

Last night I, my wife and daughter played Just Dance with our mobiles as the controller(there even was an app for my lumia 950), and it was crazy fun! Even though I suck at dancing

I don't have Kinect. Should I get it, or is it just a waste of money?

We play few games using Kinect, but we use it all the time to control our TV viewing, ie. changing channels, volume, pausing, etc.

Is there any Kinect games worth getting? So far, getting a Kinect isn't worth it quite yet.

Another one for Kinect, as above I use it to control the media stuff all the time, I bought mine with my Xbox but have since bought three more, one for my wife and boy and another for my PC second hand, people don't appreciate the power of them and sell them off cheaply.

I also use the media remote, and the TV dongle.
