Xbox One & Playstation 4

Hi, i want to buy the XboxOne next month but most of my friends are going to buy the Playstation 4, so i want to buy FIFA 14 also on the XboxOne and my friend are going to buy it on their Playstation 4, am i able to play online with Playstation 4 members if i have a XboxOne?
