The latest was they are looking into it, I imagine they have a few trials being run and given how you can stream to android phones. It is most likely going to come to phones, however the controller (as they don't use bluetooth) and screen size will pose issues.

wow, didnt even realize this was a proposed feature - maybe it could be there if you are streaming to the phone while its in Continuum mode?

Perhaps, that's the beauty of the Universal App Model .
