Xbox spoticast stopped working?

Xbox one App Spoticast comes up with error windows 10 bug audio stopped responding and will not work no matter how many times device is restarted (encluding unplugged and cycled.) any advice to fix?

There was an issue with YouTube's API recently, try it again now, it might be working again.

Spoticast is still not working for me on any of my Win10 devices.
