xbox video app missing from storage sense

hello guys on my phone xbox video app is not opening and when i pin it on the start screen the tile is greyed out.
i checked store to crosscheck if there is any update for but it doesn't show any options
i have posted screenshot also please help me what should i do.

You may need to soft reset your phone first and then a hard reset if this isn't solved. Was this a clean install or just an install on what you already had?

It was a clean install soft reset didnt help so i needed to do a hard reset it is now solve thanks for the reply pal

No problem, I think "Have you tried a hard reset?" should be a pop up that comes up everytime someone has an issue with Developer Preview for WP. I have seen about 95% issues solved with hard reset, its just the nature of this preview released. Glad its sorted for you!

Yaa i had done hard reset.
I dont know why but i needed to download all the apps that were in sd card it says sd card has app from different phone i restored my backup still i needed to delete all my apps and reinstall them.
