Xbox Video issues on WP8.1

After searching for hours and not finding any explanations, I would like to ask you guys: Where are the FF/RW buttons on the video app? Also why does it have to spend 45seconds signing in each time you open it? I Love WP and MS but this is really a step backwards and don't even get me started on the music app and games now appearing in apps list with no way to put them back in games hub....
