Yahoo! Mail last updated 18 hours ago?

I'm getting the same scenario on my 1020, but not with Yahoo, its happening to my Outlook email. Mine hasn't synced since 8am today, and this has started to happen quite frequently.

The error message I end up getting (80C805E2) says "last updated about a week ago." its being kind of hard on itself because it was clearly downloading email this morning at 7.

Arghh...It's playing up again, now it keeps saying my password is incorrect (it isn't) and it won't sync, so I can't get my email at all. Really sick of this, wish I knew if it was a wp8.1 issue or a Yahoo issue. I suspect it's WP, as I have no issues using my yahoo account on the PC.

I'm actually pretty sure it's a Yahoo issue, as I've been having this off and on for years on my PC. It hasn't happened at all since I got my Lumia in April. Go figure.

I've been having problems with Yahoo and Ovi accounts on and off for months but today my Ovi account just flat out refuses to sync or accept my password on either my 1520 or on Windows 8.1.
I've changed passwords and deleted both accounts but it still isn't working. Accessing my account through a browser works fine though.
I've given up trying to fix it now and just hope that whatever is causing the problem is resolved soon.

I can access through a browser with no probs on both my phone and my PC. But it won't sync with the phone. I have an outlook account, but I don't want to change my main Ovi address as I've had it a long time and it would be too much of a pain.

I've tried the same and Nokia and Other as well and it still won't sync. I was hoping it would be working today but it's not.

I'm having issues with Nokia mail powered by Yahoo since yesterday too. Windows phone prompted that attention required. Entering password multiple times goes to syncing password prompt cycle. Seems like server issue. Web access was Ok

I had a problem this morning for a little over 2 hours. Scheduled sync quietly failed, manual sync brought back an error code. Web access was okay. It's cleared up now - definitely a server issue.

I'm just using linked inbox. Haven't downloaded any other mail apps.

I've got it set up as Nokia Mail. Would setting it up as Yahoo mail make any difference? Mine still isn't working, this is such a bloody nuisance

Oh, I see what you mean. I'm on AT&T, so what I actually set up was an AT&T Email account, which the phone translated into a Yahoo account. You might get better results if you changed yours to Yahoo. It's definitely worth a try.

I contacted Nokia care live chat about the issues and was being contacted the day after about an outage at their side. Only advise is to use web access at the moment.

Mine is up and running again, just after I'd started transferring all my stuff to an Outlook account :/
