your sort of right , its kind of a way to get the most WINDOWS device into consumer`s hands to complete the ECOSYSTEM ... witch will push people to stick with MS instead of mixing up the hardware MS/Apple/Android..

That's cuz Apple doesn't need to give away their hardware. Macs outsell PCs by a factor of 8-2 on college campuses nowadays. Bunch of brainwashed iPhone users if you ask me....
But this is a very cool program. I have a niece that might actually be able to benefit from it. Just sent this to her parents, thanks for sharing!

They wasn't called M$ because they wasn't a charitable company. They got that name from those who view MS anticompetitive tactics were used to kill other companies to improve/maintain their market share and profits.
