Youtube on Edge not running in background on WP10 on Lumia 930

I want to hear music in the background and i already set all apps to allow them to be active in the background. but everytime if i switch off the display or i switch to another app the music stops. why is that?

Edge stops running when you turn off the screen. However, Metrotube is a YouTube app from the store that doesn't. Try it out!

I already tested Metrotube with the cost free trial version, but it also stopps playing the music.

do i have to reboot the phone after i switch setting for the background activity?
