Zune does not detect my lumia 630

Hello
It seems that zune is not able to detect my lumia 630.
I went through several walkthroughs. Updating my drivers, windows update, change of USB-cable. But nothing seems to work.
The computer detects the phone and lets me synchronize through the "windows-app for phone".
But because i need to develop applications for the Windows Phone.
I need Zune to work.

Windows Phone 8 doesn't use Zune to sync data. There are two ways to transfer data onto your WP 8.x device. The phone will show up in Windows Explorer like a USB thumb drive. You can drive and drop files onto it. Or, you can download a Windows Phone connector app.
